SZhK-50 (coconut oil)
Whey and fat concentrate with 50% coconut oil
Description
Free-flowing powder produced by the method of encapsulation of palm-oil fat particles by milk whey with subsequent drying by means of a spray drying unit.
Scope of application:
The product is used as raw material in the manufacturing of whole milk replacers, as well as pre-starter and starter mixed feed.
Biological properties:
The whey and fat concentrate contains highly-refined fats of coconut oil, full range of essential amino acids and minerals thanks to which it is exceptionally suitable for manufacturing of whole milk replacers, starter and pre-starter mixed feed. The whey contained in the whey and fat concentrate provides functional advantages for the gastrointestinal tract: the acidity allows recovering and developing useful gut microflora, improving resistance. Coconut oil contains 78% of medium-chain fatty acids thanks to which it is very quickly digested by the organism. The product satisfies the animals’ physiological needs for fats, amino acids, lactose and minerals, contributing to proper development and yielding meaningful results in growing stock’s weight gain.
Composition:
Whey, vegetable fat.Advantages:
- Composition rich in fatty acids;
- High quality protein;
- Fatty acid profile is most similar to milk fat profile in comparison with other vegetable fats;
- Thanks to big number of medium-chain fatty acids it is more quickly decomposed and digested;
- No conglomeration thanks to small diameter of fat particles;
- Powder-like structure of the product allows simplifying the mixing process in comparison with the use of other forms of fats;
- Retains its properties in all known feed mixing techniques;
- It allows reducing the use of highly concentrated feed and increasing the quantity of furage in the ration.
